Leverage Ed’s extensive experience with technically executing your menu, in person.
This service provides hands-on, practical support for food businesses that need experienced guidance in real trading environments — whether operating from a café, pub, or restaurant, or trading at markets, festivals, and events.
Ed works directly within your business, observing how service runs in practice and helping identify where workflows, communication, or setup can be improved. Support focuses on making day-to-day operations smoother, faster, and more consistent, particularly during busy services where pressure exposes inefficiencies.
Typical areas of support include service flow and station setup, prep and holding systems, team coordination, speed of service, menu execution, and compliance with food safety and health & safety standards. For event and festival traders, this also extends to layout planning, equipment use, stock management, and adapting service to high-volume trading conditions.
This service is suited to businesses that want practical, on-the-ground support to improve performance immediately — helping teams work more confidently, reduce stress during service, and deliver a more consistent experience for customers.
